Once we’ve received your request a member of our team will assign you a dedicated Product Specialist. They will call you to gather a few details so we can send your samples promptly. Your samples will arrive discreetly via DPD

To properly assess the benefits, we recommend using at least 4 or 5 catheters. After you’ve had the chance to try them, your Product Specialist will follow up to hear about your experience. If you like the catheters and want to continue using them, simply let us know and we’ll update your prescription for you. That’s it—no need to contact your GP or Urology nurse.

*Please note that a valid prescription is required to sample intermittent catheter products.
